Beauvince Jewelry Introduces the Rosalie Collection, Celebrating Rose Gold Luxury

Published

on

The Rosalie Collection elevates rose gold jewelry style, launching for Spring/Summer 2019.

Lolita Ring

An amalgamation of “beauty” and “vincible,” the Beauvince company namesake is interpreted as “with beauty one conquers.” The New York atelier works with private clients and retailers to create custom fine jewelry, celebrating milestones, gifting, and just because. Known for exquisite diamond designs, Beauvince only uses responsibly sourced conflict-free diamonds. Their new Rosalie Collection brings the warmth of rose gold to earring, ring, and necklace designs just in time for spring.

Designer and curator, Komal Bajaj, says of Rosalie’s inspiration, “The Rosalie Collection is about femininity and delicacy. The warmth and sensuality of rose gold is an idyllic complement to diamonds which exude power and strength. We love making jewelry for women and celebrating them, and what we hope to offer with Rosalie is an exciting and interesting collection for modern women who are strong, successful and proudly feminine.”

The Rosalie Collection celebrates women, with a variety of stunning face-framing, diamond and rose gold looks. Four drop earrings are timeless in style and dramatically sweeping: Whirls of Love, Autumn Chandelier, Enya, and the Fall Diamond Earrings. High color and clarity, white, round diamonds are set in pave, with secure omega and latch back closures. Organically curving in sinuous shape, the façade of each earring leads the eye, creating bold, elegant looks. On the Enya Earrings, black diamonds are interspersed throughout for a dramatic contrast, a perfect pairing with one’s little black dress.

Equally breathtaking are Beauvince Jewelry’s Rosalie cocktail rings. Cassandra, Flora, Lolita, and the Xena Cross ring make a statement from across the room. An adaptation of classical patterns, the Cassandra Ring is prong and bezel set with brilliant and rose-cut diamonds. Flora is a stylized flower, perfect for honoring the blossoms of spring and summer. Also mixing brilliant and rose-cut round diamonds, Flora is a stylistic crossroads between tradition and modernity. The Lolita Ring is sweet, and spicy, like her wearer. Featuring luxurious diamond pave on one half, and sleek, cut-out rose gold on the other, the dualistic ring is meant to induce an air of mystery. The Xena Cross embodies “fierce”: strong, powerful, and direct, it is a “me ring” for women celebrating themselves and their own milestones.

Round Pendant Necklace

Drops of Jupiter

Rosalie celebrates warmth and femininity, alongside a celebration of self; it is the perfect collection for finding a Mother’s Day gift, or a diamond ring on one’s own terms. The Drops of Jupiter and Round Pendant necklaces feature two different looks that can be worn separately, or layered together. The round pendant necklace has beautiful, bezel set diamonds along the rose gold chain, with a rose window-like cluster in the center, reminiscent of stunning Medieval architecture. Drops of Jupiter features exemplary detail, with twisted gold open form droplets, cradling round white diamonds within, for modern, everyday diamond style.

“In a time when women are taking on more and more responsibilities and living in equality to men, they often forget to celebrate their accomplishments in big or small ways. With a range of price points, the Rosalie Collection welcomingly celebrates both young fierce women, and those who are rewarding themselves for greater things. Additionally, not every day is a grand occasion, sometimes we women want just want something understated, but eye-catching nonetheless, and the collection offers that too!”  Komal Bajaj.

There is Too Much Fake Health Information – Exposing Weight Loss Gimmicks

Published

on

Welcome to another weight loss article. Hopefully this one will shed some new light on your life.

Weight loss is a big concern for many people and has been for a little while now. Perhaps it’s to do with how we look and feel, or all the trends we follow, or a doctors concern. Whatever it is, excess weight is simply unhealthy, and loosing it in a healthy, sustainable way is very important.

The internet has thousands of weight loss articles, tips, hacks, and quick weight loss solutions. Many companies sell pills and drinks that are meant to boost weight loss. Health bloggers sell clean eating ebooks, fitness influencers share what they eat in a day, and the list continues…

While some of these are good advice and very helpful, many of them are unhealthy, only work short term, and have more bad effects than just regaining the weight. For most of us, the internet is our biggest, best source of information, and there is simply too much fake health info and too many weight loss gimmicks to ignore. The key is to weed out the good ones, and toss the bad. We’ll show you how to do that in just a minute. Meanwhile, read about why weight loss gimmicks are unhealthy, and why fad diets are considered a gimmick, too.

weight loss gimmicks

Weight Loss Gimmicks

A weight loss gimmick is a trick intended to attract attention to a method for losing weight easily. Most, if not all, are extremely unhealthy and dangerous. Any method of weight loss that is either of those is considered a gimmick. The promise of quick results is a give away for most of them.

  • fasting
  • supplements
  • crash diets
  • false claims
  • anything that seems too easy (wight loss takes time and effort)

Dangerous weight loss gimmicks

  • Smoking. You might lose weight. …
  • A plastic tongue patch. In which eating solid food becomes beyond painful. …
  • Stimulants. Don’t use caffeine to lose weight. …
  • Tapeworms. …
  • Tube feeding. …
  • Laxatives. …
  • Purging. …
  • Restricting calories.
  • Waist trainers

Google: How to lose weight fast?

People make money off your google searches “how to lose weight fast,” “fastest way to lose weight” etc. They are proving unhealthy information. Things like this lead to unhealthy lifestyles, unhealthy hopes and dreams, depression, weight retention, serious illness, and even deaths.

Here’s the thing about fast weight loss. Losing weight quickly is neither safe nor sustainable. If you crash diet to drop pounds—or try something like a juice cleanse—you will lose weight quickly, but most people gain the weight back relatively soon. It’s not that losing weight slowly is the better choice, but losing weight in a healthy, sustainable way is the right choice. If you are going to attempt quick weight loss, the researchers suggest you speak with a dietitian to work on a plan that ensures you get the vitamins and minerals that you need. And keep in mind that, even if the quick weight loss crash diet helps you see results sooner. The slow-and-steady method is still much less disruptive to your everyday life—and therefore a much less miserable approach if you’re trying to drop pounds.

Weight loss gimmicks work

Yes for sure alot of these do work but the health risks are not worth it, even if you lose 11 pounds in one week. Waist trainers, for example, could help decrease body fat but unless you already exercise and eat right, and your body fat is already very low, you will not have a Victoria Secret model’s body overnight. Guaranteed. Weight loss pills are full of chemicals and most are made with cheap and harmful ingredients. It is essential for your health that you research anything before you use it, and consult your doctor.

dieting: Managing consumption of food and drink with the intent to lose, gain, or maintain weight.

But here’s the key,

You lose weight, typically, no matter what kind of weight loss diet you’re on. That’s what happens to your body when you cut back on it’s fuel source. It’s science. Whether you lose it in a healthy way or a dangerous way. However, the weight never stays gone unless you change. Not your current diet and not your calorie count. You.

How you can change to lose weight and keep it off for good

  • change mentality
  • change lifestyle
  • stay off the internet
  • make better decisions

Exercise and diet is about more than losing weight. It’s your life. You choose to live healthily or poorly. Make the choice now, and make the changes now. Do you research. Find the correct information that you need. Weight loss will happen if you make the correct choices, and live with them. Food and exercise are essentials

Complete nutrition requires ingestion and absorption of vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids from protein and essential fatty acids from fat-containing food, also food energy in the form of carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Dietary habits and choices play a significant role in the quality of life, health and longevity.

Full of tradition and truly unique the Wilensky Gallery offers a fine opportunity for those searching for a meaningful and masculine Father’s Day gift. This collection features a variety of minerals and fossils for Father’s Day. Welcoming and knowledgeable, the Wilensky family can help dad begin the mineral collection he’s always dreamed of, or help curate and grow an existing collection with custom suggestions.

Even non-gemologists get caught up in the Wilensky gallery’s incredible display of rare, natural minerals and stones.  The business is an inherent homage to fatherhood, with Stuart Wilensky closely running the gallery with his two sons and daughter-in-law, co-founding the company with his wife, Donna. Stuart and Donna Wilensky, internationally renowned fine mineral collectors and dealers, have amassed this collection for more than three decades.

As far as the fine mineral business goes, the Wilensky name is universally recognized as the “best of the best. The family is renowned amongst the trade as curators and dealers of the finest minerals collections in the world, developing the Wilensky Approach, the standard by which the finest minerals are graded.

So far, Wilensky has published six books cataloging the world’s rarest minerals that have passed through their hands.

“Passing down fine art to my children is a legacy that I can share with them that they can enjoy and appreciate. The art you love is a reflection of who you are. Art can create a sense of calm, of thoughtfulness, admiration as well as simply beauty. Passing down art is a way of sharing something with your children that reflects a feeling or emotion that cannot be captured by other material objects.  Art has both emotional value and financial value. It is a form of wealth, both spiritually and financially. There is no other gift that embodies this spectrum. “-Stuart Wilensky

The Wilensky Gallery features several select minerals and fossils that Stuart Wilensky thinks would mean the world to Dad.

The Emergence of Energy Efficient Homes

The Emergence of Energy Efficient Homes

Energy efficiency isn’t just a buzzword. Energy efficient homes are important to homeowners of all different ages. For them, it’s a way of life, and that includes the design and construction of their homes. Besides numerous environmental benefits, Low-E (low emissivity) homes also deliver big savings.

With an emphasis being placed on the need for greener building practices, there are now multiple options to choose from when it comes to building energy efficient homes.

What Stands Between You & Your Forever Home – BrightLeaf Homes

From the ground up

To accommodate families looking to build a sustainable forever home, designers are putting energy efficiency at the centre of their plans. From minimizing waste and materials to making the most of the sun’s energy, designers are embrasing the energy efficiecy movement as well.

While the home is being constructed, thermal mass materials can be used in walls and foundations. These materials include water, concrete, stone and brick, which will slow the rate of heat transfer.

Another building material that maximizes energy efficiency is continuous insulation. Continuous isolation, often appearing in the form of spray foam instead of insulation batting, prevents air leakage and reduces the cost of heating and cooing the home.

Windows for every season

Windows are notorious for heat loss. As much as 90 percent of window heat loss is through the glass itself. To combat this issue, builders are opting for windows with a Low-E (low-emissivity) window coating.

The coating is a transparent and unnoticeable metallic layer that is applied to the raw glass of the window. It’s used to bounce warm and cool air back into the home instead of allowing it to leak outside. This can drastically reduce the amount of money a homeowner spends heating and cooling the home.

The tech of it all

User-friendly energy consumption tools can drastically lower your home’s carbon footprint. Today’s energy efficient home is enhanced with the implementation of technology and smart home devices, such as wireless energy monitors, programmable thermostats, sprinkler systems, and dimmable LED lights. Pair these devices with energy efficient appliances, and you’ll be one step closer to a greener lifestyle.
